Adalina Prime
We were brought in to conduct a full marketing audit for the team behind Adalina, a well-known modern Italian restaurant in Chicago’s Gold Coast led by Michelin-starred chef and Top Chef alum Soo Ahn.
At the same time, the group was preparing to launch their second concept, Adalina Prime, a bold new steakhouse in Fulton Market. The concept marked a major step for the brand as it entered one of the most competitive steakhouse markets in the country with a globally inspired menu and a 10,000+ square foot dining destination designed to reimagine the traditional steakhouse experience.
So we got to work.
Our role focused on aligning strategy, positioning, and execution across the entire launch ecosystem. We collaborated with the chosen PR agency and development partners to ensure the concept entered the market with clarity and momentum. The scope included web development alignment, brand storytelling, social media strategy, opening campaigns, and full coordination of the launch timeline.
From there we helped bring the opening to life through a coordinated rollout that included social media activation, press and influencer integration, brand positioning in a crowded steakhouse market, and the planning and execution of the opening party that introduced Adalina Prime to Chicago’s dining scene.
The goal was simple: ensure the second concept didn’t just open, but entered the market with a clear identity and the kind of momentum that builds long-term brand equity.
